Frequently asked questions

What is Bora Bora?

An experience theatre in Medellín. Its headline show is The Bora Bora Experience, the Friday and Saturday party show; on other nights it hosts limited engagements: concerts, stand-up and themed parties.

Is Bora Bora a nightclub?

Not in the usual sense: it's an experience theatre. On Fridays and Saturdays, The Bora Bora Experience opens with a stage show and then the whole room becomes a party, with a dance floor. Other nights bring concerts, stand-up and themed parties.

How old do I need to be?

18+ only. An original ID is required at the door: passport, Colombian ID or foreign resident card. Photos or copies are not accepted.

Which nights is Bora Bora open?

Every Friday and Saturday with The Bora Bora Experience, plus the night of each limited engagement. The calendar shows what's on every night.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

The show is visual and musical. We'll confirm the host's language when you book.

How do I book from my hotel?

Choose the night and your table in Book; we'll confirm on WhatsApp. Limited engagements may have their own ticketing, linked on each show page.

How do I get there and back?

We're at Cra. 38 #19-190, km 3 of Vía Las Palmas, up the hill from El Poblado. A taxi or a ride-hailing app is easiest; to go back, ask for your ride from the door.

Is there a dress code?

We'll confirm it when you book.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We'll confirm them when you book.

Can I host a private event?

Yes: birthdays, company parties and launches. Tell us on the private events page and we'll reply on WhatsApp.
